Sally bowles.

1. The reason i choose these three colours as these were the most popular in the 1920's 30's greens and blues were the most common.

After creating face charts and testing some ideas i have chosen to use this last one as i feel its cloestt to how i portray sally to look on the scene i have chosen. I think the dark eye over a colourful one would be what she would have had because its the night after new years, she would be hangover and a darker eye would suit her mood rather than a colourful one but i have gone for blue as i feel black would have been too harsh for the day.

For the hair i want a wet finger wave at the front, from a side parting. And the back curled then put in to a bob, using the technique that seema taught us. I want it to look slick and of the face.

Hair step by steps.

·      Section hair from ear to ear leaving the back.

·      Curl the back and pin curl and leave.

·      Create a finger wave in the front section, leaving out two small sections either side to pin curl later.

·      With the ends of the hair that have been finger waved pin curl up and grip.

·      Take the pincurls out of the back section and brush through slightly and give a littlee volume. And then create a bob with the technique seema showed us by rolling up and gripping.

·      Leave grips in the finger wave until last minute then take out and spray.

I would want sally to be wearing some kind of fur as it states in the script she is wearing her fur coart as it would have been a cold winters day. 

Me and partner met up both times to practice my design and her design. But we forgot to photograph it.
